Terms of Service – Social Media Management


Effective Date: April 24, 2025

Provider: Dual Strength Strategies, Double Paws Digital LLC

Services Covered: Social media management, content creation, scheduling, strategy, engagement, and analytics



1. Scope of Services

Dual Strength Strategies agrees to provide social media services as outlined in the agreed-upon proposal or contract. This may include:

Strategy development
Content creation (posts, stories, reels)
Content scheduling and publishing
Community engagement (likes, replies, DMs)
Basic performance analytics
Platform support (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)

Custom services may be included per written agreement.



2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely and effective service delivery, the client agrees to:


Provide logos, photos, brand guidelines, and relevant assets in a timely mannerReview and approve content drafts by requested deadlinesCommunicate any brand-sensitive or legal restrictionsAssign a main point of contact for approvals and coordination. The client is solely responsible for the accuracy of any information, claims, or images provided.

To provide professional, accurate and curated content, clients must be available for regular discussions, in-person, virtual or phone. In order for Dual Strength Strategies to continue creating engaging content, client must engage with us to discuss strategy.



3. Content Ownership


All original content created by Dual Strength Strategies is owned by the client upon full payment. We retain the right to display anonymized or publicly shared content in our portfolio unless otherwise requested in writing.



4. Posting & Scheduling


We use scheduling platforms and internal calendars to post content based on the agreed content plan. Delays may occur if client feedback or approvals are not received on time.



5. Edits & Revisions


Each content cycle includes up to two rounds of revisions per post or video asset. Additional revisions or requests outside the original scope may incur extra fees.


6. Analytics & Reporting


Performance insights are provided monthly or as agreed. While we track and analyze metrics, we do not guarantee specific increases in reach, engagement, or sales.


7. Confidentiality

Any proprietary or confidential information shared between parties will be protected and not shared without written consent.



8. Payments & Cancellations

Payment terms are outlined in your service agreement or invoice. Late payments may result in late fees and/or paused services. Either party may cancel with 60 days’ written notice. Any outstanding work will be billed accordingly.



9. Limitation of Liability


We strive for accuracy and professionalism but are not liable for:

Third-party platform outages or changesUnauthorized access to accounts due to insecure client passwordsMisuse of content after client approval



10. Revisions to Terms


These terms may be updated periodically. Clients will be notified of material changes.
